Before Care

The ideal length of hair is approximately 1/4” Take a warm shower before your appointment to help open your pores. Skip the lotion, gels and oils as it may interfere with hair removal. This also applies to tanning up to 24 hours before.

After Care

Stay clear of prolonged exposure to heat. This includes saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools, sunbathing as well as intense exercise for 24 hours after your wax. We advise keeping your freshly waxed areas clean and free of any products until the following day to avoid any irritation. Taking the time to exfoliate and moisturize regularly is the key to keeping your skin smooth soft and free of irritation.

Lash Lifts

How long does a lash lift last?

It is different for everyone, if you have long thick, dense lashes they tend to last about 6 weeks. If your lashes are thin and sparse the lash lift can last 8 weeks.

Is it safe to have frequently?

We recommend waiting 2 to 3 months in between lash lifts. It is safe to do, however it is still a service that chemically manipulates your lashes so you should give them a good rest before redoing them to avoid damaging.

Can we do a lash lift and tint at the same time?

Yes, for people who don’t have extremely sensitive teary eyes we can do both services at the same time.

LUXE Beauty Bar is located at 79 Grafton Street, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to Maritime provinces (PE, NS, NB). We plan to expand to all of Canada and then worldwide soon.

What is your return policy?

All online orders are final sale. If you are absolutely unsatisfied with your products, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve your issue. Please hold on to the merchandise in its unopened and unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

How long will shipping take?

Shipping should take 3-7 business days. We generally ship via Canada Post through their Ground/Surface delivery service. LUXE Beauty Bar is not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered, packages damaged in transport, or packages that are stolen.

Cancellation Policy

We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. No shows are subject to a no show fee amounting to 100% of cost of the scheduled service.

This cancelation Policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.

Shipping Policy

LUXE Beauty Bar is located in Prince Edward Island, Canada and we currently deliver to Maritime provinces (PE, NS, NB) with plans to expand worldwide soon. We generally use Canada Post to send all orders. If you would like a tracking number please contact us after placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, missing packages due to incorrect address information, damaged packages due to transport, or any duty / customs charges. As an alternative to delivery, we also offer in store pickup (see below).
